i see that in your list there is sega saturn and dreamcast. i dont have any images/roms . can i just ask , is it playable and can the roms be executed from the gameex list without going through the emulator's gui. thanx gerble1000

i want to be able to load up gameex and go through the menu's without waiting for it to cache. and stick all the cachie'ing time on the startup . so when it finally starts up i can just wiz through the menu's. im asuming its got something to do with opening on a thread??? or is this not possible. thanx gerble1000

sorry im not trying to push you. i have a laptop and a computer. both with 1 cd drive the cd's im using to try are originals i.e nickelback silver side up and hayley westenra pure. and both machines are connected to the internet. thanx gerble1000

im still not getting the rip menu on version 6.67.or on version 6.68

same here but the previouse version worked.and the one before that did'nt not sure if it has anything to do with gameex though. gerble1000

i still am unable to rip a cd with this version 6.65 of gameex. i cant be the only one?? i just dont get the option to rip a cd , and yes cd ripping is enabled and i am a registered user because the nag screen has gone . HELP

unfortunatly the cd ripping option is'nt available on the new gameex neither. 6.58. is anyone else haveing this problem.

i havnt got time to make themes but because of theme editor its made easy ,so could someone make a simpsons theme with sounds as well that would make my year as i love the simpsons. ive even got a tattoo on my arm ,,i know im sad. thanx gerble1000

ah no i didnt. cheers ive just tried and there isnt an option for ripping there ?? and when i downloaded the newest gamex this morning i couldnt download the themes, it got to about 17mb and had an error message.not sure what it said .some about connection with server i think. i tried this three times and stops at the same place??

i have rip cd enabled but when i inset a cd nothing happens. i must be doing something wrong. any ideas. thanx gerble1000

hi i have a lot of roms i.e 5000 megadrive/genesis roms but a lot are copies of themselves like japanese or just slightly different names. to delete thes manually would take a long time and i dont know what ones work, some dont work at all is there a way for you tom to syphon out the bad ones and the copies? it takes up a lot of room i estimate about 20gb on all the emulators. what ive been doing to syphon them myself is using create snaps, and the ones with a blank snap i will delete. but that aint effective and very time consuming. or is there a site to get a complete set of good roms all zipped up and not download individually thanx gerble1000

does anyone know if you can run games on a cab running a pc but not running an operating system. so the cab will run just games. obviously games need an operating system but is there any games that dont,maybe self booting games?? gerble1000

hi tom i downloaded this ffdshow and it works but the picture quallity is really bad (like blured or wrong resolution or something )ive tried it on the n64 project 64 . can i ask what settings youve got your ffdshow i.e mpeg2 divx bitrate . chears gerble1000 p.s when i click creat movies i have to also press the start meny button on my keyboard to get back to windows so i can choose the compression i want to use. its no bother.just thought id mention it

i installed the latest ffdshow xvid and i cant seem to create avi's through gameex it starts to work and when i exit it after a few games to check, it comes up blank so i go to the folder where it is stored and the file is there but it contains no data (0kb) im obviously doing something wrong. i played around with it i.e using mpeg 1 and 2 divx ect any ideas gerble1000
