  1. Good deal! Enjoy! And welcome to the forums.
  2. Well that would explain them not running. Always best to run from command-line or debug mode (instructions below) to see the output of the command window. It gives important data since that's how most emulators are launched. Don't download a whole new set. Just rebuild them. I built that set last night from my current sets and had only a few to fill in. Debug Mode: Emulator Setup >>> Debug Mode >>> Yes This is the same data as the runitgame.bat file which you used. This is important in using to troubleshoot as the command window will show and will output any errors given.
  3. Screen goes blank when launching emulator or when "L" is pressed?
  4. Running from the run box won't help us. Please run from command-line or use the debug option in GameEx as I mentioned before so that you can see the output of the command window. I'm guessing that if they're not running it's because you don't have your rom path set in the emulator itself. Now since using various versions, it's making it harder to help you. Stick with one so that I can troubleshoot. Pick one and then post your HazeMD config created by the command I suggested above. If not using a config then your command-line will need to be different and be along the same lines as what you have for MisfitMAME.
  5. Just tested and all is working fine on my end. Note that some games don't work and may cause errors which can only be seen if ran though debug mode or from the command-line. But that's an issue with the emulator itself. If you can't get it going then head over to the chat room and we can troubleshoot in real time. Edit: After some research I found out that you're using an unoffical version which is based off of v0.12a. So the map file I created for you will not match this version. If this is correct then respond and I will see if I can generate one based off of the version you have.
  6. What version of HazeMD are you running as your executable doesn't match mine? The map file version must match the HazeMD version as it may cause problems. Try running in debug mode or from command-line so that you can see the output. Maybe something useful will be there. I just built the set myself after responding to you so I'll do some thorough testing to see if I'm successful.
  7. That's just the way it displays. Please post your config! Taking a guess here but are you using some time of launcher (RDALauncher.exe) to run the game? What could be happening is that RDALauncher.exe is just launching your game and it closes and since GameEx is watching that process, it takes back focus. If that's the case then an advanced config would be required to watch any other executable. Either way, a config would be useful for us to troubleshoot.
  8. E-mail with "GameEx Registration Key" in the title.
  9. HazeMD works the same as MAME so to simplify the process I would run... hazemd.exe -cc to create the mame.ini config file. Then I would go in that config file and enter the path of your roms along with any other settings to suite your system. Then simply run... hazemd.exe [ROM]
  10. Cool feature Tom! Thanks!
  11. Here ya go! This was generated from the "HazeMD 0.14.dat" file. Let me know if you need any adjustments to it. HazeMD 0.14.zip
  12. It's a program that I wrote to generate map files. It's something I haven't really finished as I had intentions of adding lots of little features to customize the outcome. I can make you one for HazeMD as well. Give me awhile since not on my system at the moment.
  13. Don't have "Steam" games installed but shouldn't be a problem once we know exactly how it works. GameEx can launch anything. I can help if had more detail. Maybe go to the chat room so we can chat in real time or maybe I can remote in or something.
  14. GameEx Lite crashing for me as well in Win 7 32-bit. Thanks for the report!
  15. Just tested and all is working fine on my end. Not sure what the problem is. By not working, can you give more detail? Does it not list games correctly? Please post your config!
  16. Tom has it so both will work unless something has changed in the latest releases. Give me a few to see what's wrong. I'll do some testing.
  17. Good deal!
  18. Thanks for the updates Tom! Great new additions added!
  19. Here ya go! This is based off the latest version 0.127.H. If you need any filters added or anything then let me know. This is just the basic naming including all roms in the known dat file. I didn't notice any rom named Jumpman Returns so give more detail if the one I've provided is incomplete. Again it was generated from the 0.127.H dat file. Edit: File moved and updated to pinned topic. Please click here for new file.
  20. I created an app for such an occasion. I can whip one up for you real quick. The question is though, do you have the full set?
  21. What is your current command-line that you're using to launch those shortcuts? Try the following as your command-line: ""[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]"" And your filter would be: *.lnk If this doesn't work for you then please post your config so we can see what's going on.
  22. Input Settings: >>> In Game Key: From there you can change the button used for that function.
  23. Yes the config can be exported by following instructions by mod Tempest found here. Step 1 is the info we need to look at to see they way you have it configured.
  24. Which loader are you referring to? Also post your config. As far as running outside of GameEx, have you tried from command-line?
  25. Nice! Thanks Tom!
