Alright, done for the day, got about half way threw with all of them. A lot of hand crafted ones today that I thought turned out the best. Check out Atomiswave, C64, and Golden Era. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/1qbnbl1yot90ijc/A0juppl2qd#/ Thanks for all the support guys.

Here ya go djour: It's been updated to the dropbox for download.
-
Yea, dropbox/attach it, and I'll take a look at it.

I wish it was just as easy as saving it in a different format. A vector image, in the simplest terms is an image created by math. When you create an image for example in Adobe Illustrator, it's really just a GUI for a bunch of mathematical numbers to create an image in space. What the means, is that you can make a vector image as small or as large as you want with NO pixelation EVER....And as far as 3D programs go, you can import those vector images in as objects, because it is a line in space, it's just now a 3D line in space. Where I've found 90% of the logos so far is www.seeklogo.com. So check out there it's free. I also found the Commodore 64 logo there as well. http://www.seeklogo....logo-33900.html I'll add it to the list for 'ya.

If it can import into adobe illustrator I can. I've never used svg files before, but they seem to be a form of vector image.

[This was the original first post, but does not have all the info, see first post of the forum, for most up-to-date info.] For what it's worth, I thought the logos for my Theme could use an update. So while I have some down time at work I've been working on 3D logos. I'll be putting them in my Confluence Port Theme when I'm done, but feel free to use them if you'd like. So far I've only finished the Sega section, which took about 2 hours, but since I can only do this in my down time at work, I thought I'd post as I go. Enjoy!

I do very much appreciate the offer, but as long as everyone does not have an issue downloading from this link, that page is a local folder on my computer, so it has instant updates till i remove the link. So no extra overhead on my part.

Alright work day is over, but I was able to finish SEGA & NINTENDO. But this will take up way to much time to upload them to TinyPic every time I make changes. So below is the link to my Dropbox where you can look & download the files. There are 3 angles of the logo just because I haven't decided what to go with yet. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/1qbnbl1yot90ijc/A0juppl2qd

Better Lighting with Alpha's
-
-
Currently they are not alpha, but it will probably be the way I'll go with them.
-
I'm a render artist in Chicago, I used Cinema 4D to create these. ...Need to work on the lighting a little more. Need them to shine a little better, more like the Saturn Logo, that turned out great IMO.

Here is the download page to the 3D logos that I will be creating: https://www.dropbox....ns9z/tGXBVIbd79 This list will be automatically updated the moment I finish a design. Below is the master list of what I will be creating. Not every item is on this list, but for my theme, it creates a complete list. I will be happy to create any additional logos that you might ask for, all I ask is that you provide a vector image (*.eps or *.ai) file. This cuts a lot of work for me for prepping everything. Hope this helps out the GameEX community, it's a great piece of software, and I'm glad to help out anyway I can. √ GameEx √ Arcade Menu √ MAME √ All MAME Games √ MAME Original Games √ MAME Adult Games √ MAME Multiplayer Games √ 4 Player Simultaneous √ MAME Vector Games √ MAME Not Played √ MAME Horizontal Games √ MAME Vertical Games √ Live - GameEX Favorites √ Neo-Geo MVS Games √ CPS Games √ Atari Games √ Lightgun Games √ Trackball Games √ Spinner Games √ Golden Era of Arcade √ Update List √ Naomi √ Atomiswave √ Model 2 √ Model 3 √ Steam Menu √ Console Emulators Menu √ Atari 2600 √ Nintendo √ Sega Master System √ Sega Mega Drive √ Sega Genesis √ Super Nintendo √ Sega 32X √ Sega CD √ Nintendo 64 √ Sony Playstation √ Nintendo GameCube √ Sega Dreamcast √ Sony Playstation 2 √ Sony Playstation 3 √ Neo-Geo AES √ Commodore 64 √ Coleco Vision √ 3DO √ Atari 5200 √ Atari 7800 √ Atari Jaguar √ Colecovision √ Intellivision √ TurboGrafx-16 √ Microsoft Xbox √ Microsoft Xbox 360 √ Handheld Emulators Menu √ Nintendo DS √ Nintendo Gameboy √ Nintendo Gameboy Advance √ Sega Game Gear √ Neo-Geo Pocket √ Bandai Wonderswan √ Sony PSP √ Atari Lynx √ Most Played √ Play Random Game √ Favorites √ Search √ All Games √ Config √ Exit UPDATED: 120928 - 04:42 GMT

Is there any way to make a custom MAME menu? Currently I have an Arcade Menu, that lets you choose from MAME, Naomi, Atomiswave, Model2, & Model3. I really like how the MAME menu has all the other options, and I know in the setup wizard it is possible to add a Model2 choice in the MAME menu(also the CPS choice, ect..), but what about the rest of these Arcade EMUs? I'm just looking to have less menus to choose, and if possible in the MAME "All MAME Games" Choice to know when to use a different emulator we a game does not work the MAME emulator.

yea I'm not big on having a GoldenEye emulator and a N64 emulator... I use Xpadder for some of my PC games which I love, but the issue of Xpadder mapping the control's to buttons, GameEX currently used the X360 controller just fine to navigate the menu systems, if I mapped the buttons to something else during games with xpadder, wouldn't that then void out the controls in GameEX when returning from a game?
-
I tried to post this question up on pj64 forum, but there reg. site is down so I couldn't create a user, so I thought I'd try here. I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to give different controller layouts to a specific game when GameEX launches a game? For example, I use the xbox360 controllers for my MAME and emulators, which is not always the best for n64 games because of how that controller was laid out. For Starfox64 I have a certain layout but then for GoldenEye I mapped the keys to be closer to what modern FPS's are. Is there a way to change these setting when a game is loaded rather then having to exit to the menu every time? I'd like to completely remove the mouse & keyboard from my build as much as possible.

There is an option to turn on Sega Model2 menu in mame, is there a way to add Model3 to this menu as well?
-
Hey if you can do it better be my guess. I just wanted something that looked closer to XBMC since that's what I use my PC for. I did that over a weekend, nothing that couldn't be wipped into shape. I just wanted to focus on an XBMC look and 16:9.

All these new MMO's are going free to compete with WOW. You can now play DC universe for free, Mech Warrior Online will be free when it's released. Here a whole list from Steam. http://store.steampowered.com/genre/Free%20to%20Play/

I'm getting strange text for MAME on the main screen when GameEX starts up. In the info lines SelectLine1 & SelectLine2 when MAME is selected, Line1 says "MAME" which is correct and what normally should be blank but is Line2 which reads "GameEx Config.exe. C:\GameEX False". Once I go into any menu and return back to the main screen this Line2 text is gone. Also if the screensaver kicks in, once I return the text is gone. Just a small cosmetic issue and neither MAME or anything else seems to be effected.

Don't think I've ever touched wmp, I only use VLC but for the most part XBMC, this is mostly a HTPC and all my other computers are MACs so I never bother with Win Media Player.
-
Having the same problem as before, I have video and snaps in different folders, but when I have video snaps setting linked to a folder, any game/rom that has a video does not show any artwork.
-
Am I missing this in the Advanced Configuration?

Here's a great deal on a video card I jumped on and thought I'd share. Galaxy 70XKH3HS3CUB GeForce GTX 470 (Fermi) 1280MB 320-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card $189.99 newegg.com [newegg.com] -$25.00 Mail-in-Rebate [highspeedbackbone.net] EXPIRES 11/6/11 $164.99 Total This card is Ranked #10 at VideoCardBenchmark.net [videocardbenchmark.net]. I found the video card on newegg and the rebate on tigerdirect that no longer sells the card. If you need a video card that will cover HTPC, MAME, & Steam, this should be more then enough.
