If you have access to a table saw and a drill press (or a circular saw and a hand drill if you're cheap/broke), you can make your own for much less. It's REALLY not as hard as people make it out to be. I was a bit scared to try, but mine turned out beautiful! Of course, if you live in a downtown apt, that might make it more difficult with noise restrictions and the mess inside your place. The thing is, if you screw everything up when cutting, your only out ~$20 and some time. As long as you get it close and you plan on painting it anyway, you can cover all mistakes up with putty and primer! If you have your heart set on paying someone else for labor, I would check arcade controls. They have lists of vendors for panels and I think there are even reviews if I remember. If not, there are tons of people on the forum if you need comments. I've only ever seen the XArcade dual stick in person. It feels pretty well made. If I were buying one, I would go for the tank stick since it's got the trackball built in.
