Please understand as a developer and an IT professional "I have loads of issues" is not easy to fix, sorry. As far as I am aware there are definitely not "lots" of issues with Arcade Edition. Ill help you if I can. Looking at your log file you are on the latest version and you have neither mednafen or retroarch configured?

Its definitly a display issue. Do you have best drivers installed etc? Is there an app stealing focus. PinballX keeps trying to reset the display. It will do this if direct3d reported lost device or display settings change.

No worries, you do not even need to set that path, I would just delete the setting (blank out).

The log is ptetty self explanatory here. Access is denied to that path. I would suggest moving stuff out of c:\program files. It looks specifically like you set the alternate automatic download path to this. Windows by default doses not allow directories to be created here and that is why you are getting the error.

Your too kind I can't say it would not be nice though.

Windows turns on a setting which causes the deletion of temporary files. You may need to disable that.

Last time this issue came up it was because windows was deleting temporary files. Windows does this when hard disk space is low.

Its configurable in the setup wizard as always, yes, please take a look. Nothing has changed, maybe you installed in a new folder?
