    I have not tried visual pinball on the tablet but last time I tried on an older one with a lower powered CPU it was fine. VP has touch screen support and that's exactly what you do use your thumbs. To exit back to PinbalX you just hold and swipe in from the top left. For $70 bucks you can't really go wrong but its not high end or anything.

    "Simple Mode" (Interface mode) should take care of this. Alternatively you might like GameEx Arcade Edition.
