Is the table loading normally but just behind PinballX initially (i.e. you can see the DMD running a while before the playfield shows) and is exclusive fullscreen checked in VPX video settings? Edit - if that's not it it's probably worth raising a new issue for the slow loading of tables (not that i have any other ideas if cpu/ram/gpu usage isn't very high either)

Looks sweet buddy. Sorry about the tumbleweeds. As i said i do have a new skinning engine coming. i have been working although had a break. I got the Adnroid version reading from external SD/USB yesterday. Although have to target Android 9 right now. That's good for 2/3 years skinning engine is all in my head right now but I have taken some ideas from elsewhere (as they have me!) and have some good plans and thoughts. More similar to Launchbox and Emulation Station rather than Hpyerspin. It will work across all versions including arcade, regular and unity.

A much longer video showing more of custom background videos that I acquired for my personal use and not for distribution (sorry). End-users will need to supply their own video renderings.
