  1. Unbelievably I've just had and fixed this very same problem. What I did to solve was to check the 'Disable display scaling on high DPI devices' setting on the compatability tab of ePsxe's Windows application settings. Try that and see if it works

  3. NES emulation in MAME is pretty Awesome. If you use and have the nes software list, you have access to pirated carts which are pretty interesting that I believe can't be found in any other popular sets. Being able to use HLSL, OpenGL, save/load states, cheats, etc. makes the emulation very enjoyable MAME now supports many unique different things which can be read about here. http://mamedev.emulab.it/etabeta/

  4. You should be able to find an older release on their website then just compile your own version using HK's program. In fact, you should be able to just compile MESS outside of MAME. I haven't bothered to look into it recently... Have a look here: http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/misc/mess.html They have 0.161 there precompiled. Hopefully that will suffice.

  6. Hardest? This game's plenty hard! It's bad enough you can't shoot up and down. But I adore the version on the 2600. I've double looped it before, that's not easy (only 4 levels per loop, don't know how many here) Here's a score on HARDEST. ExedExes - 57,760

  7. I read this yesterday, and seeing how it was Space Invaders that basically introduced me to arcade gaming, its absence blew it for me! I stopped following the music side of things after the Jethro Tull Grammy win some years back. Not a hater, it was just wrong considering the category.
