APNG Logo display issues

I've downloaded several animated wheels, but my latest version of PinballX doesn't show them moving until last Sunday. Could you tell me what I need to activate or install? I've read several threads, but I can't find any to make the wheels and configure them in Windows or PinballX.

So long as you use a version of PinballX later than V4.84 and use the .apng file extension they should work. Raise an issue in the PinballX forum if they don't. The file you posted animates for me in PinballX V6.87.

Are apng wheel images working now, or were they working before but not now?

@DakotaPinballGoing forward, please post for any issues you may have via PinballX in its own thread in the General forum, not as a tag-on to an existing thread unless it is asked for all users experiencing to do so.
