  1. Included in the Zip is the Demul emulator, a settings.ini and the Demul_loader.exe Copy your ROMs and Bioses into the supplied setup, I cannot include those. Usage is Demul_loader.exe [rom] get it going outside GX first Atomis Wave.rar
  2. he is from france, your solution works fine, he just doesnt get it. Spoonch , please post your emulator config.
  3. no, that happens, not sure if a reinstall will fix it. your beter off mkaing a seperate admin account, then using instant sheller to only shell for the current account, Enable remote desktop then sign into your cab from another PC using the secound account for all your cab administration needs.
  4. Yea, that post brings back memories, I used to be so helpfull. lol. Anyways, Dreamer, I believe I also included an exe that has the expire fix, I also believe I instructed to that in the read me. Please re-read and double check your stuff.
  5. Cool! Thanks for sharing!
  6. Well, Im not a lightgun expert, I thought lightguns worked off a white point. Meaning when you pulled the trigger there would be an instant white flash on the targets you could hit. If the gun sees the white point then it figures you hit your mark. This could very easly be seen in the classic game duck hunt for NES, it didnt matter where you shot but you would notice the area around the duck changed, the gun sees that area and the duck falls. Now I know games like HOTD and Carnevil dont display these as obvious but I think they still work the same. Therefore it shouldnt matter what device you use to output to your CRT as long as the gun sees what it is expecting. Obvoiuly LCD display project diffrently and this could be why they do not work with light guns. Like I said I am no expert, nor do I have a lightgun on my cab. But Im not sure why it wouldnt work. You can always call the manufacture of the UVC.
  7. Great job man!
  8. Your launch before indicates that you are already mounting your ISO before you launch the emulator. So why on earth wouldnt you just tell EPSXE to use a different plug-in for CDROM that isn't based off loading images, Configure the CDROM plug-in to point to your virtual drive. The emu will start, it will see a disc is in the assigned drive and emulation will start. Ive switched to PSX emulator in my opinion it is better.
  9. My first thought is you do not have the proper codecs installed on your machine. Does the DVD play outside gameex using windows media player?
  10. the SUBST command usually takes a FOLDER and assigns it to a drive letter. Thus making your folder the root of the drive, thus giving you the same problem, gameex reading roms from the root of a volume. We want to read the roms from a subfolder in the root. eg e:\roms\ Its worth a shot if you got a blank dvd and 15 minutes of time to kill.
  11. Its been an issue for a LONG time, possably forever. That said, you can either A ) Wait for Tom to fix it (he is usually pretty quick once he discovers its a real issue) or B ) Copy the contents of the DVD to your HD into a folder called ROMS then burn the ROMS folder to a new DVD. Then set your rompath to E:\ROMS\ then see if that works.
  12. LOL! Who said being a mod is fun, ok fine I've had a few good laughs with it. Sure you can mess with my avatar and such, id probably notice that. Truth be told I didn't notice you edited my post. I'm sure you will get me one of these days. Fishy,Fishy,Fishy BTW: I like your new custom title.
  13. Not unless you want me to fire up my old arcade I have read before that the belief that supporting old builds hindered the future development of the project, if people just opted to use old builds because of speed or relability it would cause people to simply just move backwards instead of forwards. That said..... What were you looking for and why? Perhaps we can help.
  14. Id get it! I heard if AVGA will not play SFIV becuase it does not support pixelshader3, go with the new card.
  15. Does PCSX2 nativley support these formats? *.nrg;*.Z2 Ive never heard of *.Z2 , of course Im not suprised, there are so many diffrent image formats out there. If I were you Id mount them in DTOOLS and then re-create the ISO in a more common format.
  16. Nah, I don't think you can break it that bad.
  17. Unless they change it again, I was actually already to write it, I had it downlaoded and everything when I read through the changelog and saw taht change, I tested it real quick and it worked fine. Take care. I guess the next official release is coming soon.
  18. You didn't have to bump it, I didn't forget. I know your anxious. Without further delay. This was super easy! Goto www.pcsx2.net > beta downloads, Download full installer of pcsx2-r1736, Install it, configure your BIOS, Use the standard cdvd plugin. In gameex ROMTYPE= ISO or whatever Command= pcsx2-r1736.exe "[rompath]\[romfile]" Yep thats right, the newest version supports ISO loading via the command prompt, also there is a options to allow ESC to fully close the emulator. It works pretty good. Brian Hoffman
  19. I've seen this before, it is when your ROMPATH= is the ROOT of a drive, EG. D:\,c:\,f:\
  20. You have got to be kidding me! Tempest made mod? The whole world has gone to hell in a hand basket... Brian Hoffman
  21. Try this, unzip it and place in your xpadder working directory. Then double click it. Launch.zip
  22. Checking it out now!
  23. There's a donate/buy now button on Gameex.net or Gameex.com, It goes to Tom Speirs of Spesoft. Happy Gaming. Brian Hoffman
  24. Yea, sometimes it is that easy though. It just depends how many things change from build to build.
  25. Your too kind, Actually I am only one of a handful of people here that write scripts to automate actions. I have not checked this version out, Iam not sure I even have one of my backups and Bios available to try and whip one up. I may have time on Monday to take a look at it as I have it off (laborday)Unless someone here were to beat me to it, my feelings wouldn't be hurt.
