Not sure if we can accept that score garetmax. The screenshot shows multiple credits were used. Our rules are 1 credit, 1 run. I'm not sure how Centipedes works, sometimes games will reset your score back to 0 if you continue on another credit, others will continue your score. We'll have to investigate this and make a decision soon.

I guess I'm lost. That logo looks familiar, but the company doesn't. Did they pretty much specialize in shmups? If so, that's probably why I'm lost since I'm not a big fanboy of them (unlike Dazz over there!).

I'm thinking about this months GOTM more and more. Gauntlet is such a huge game. Right now, we're taking each score at face value, whatever class you take. But now I'm thinking "wouldn't it be cool if we had a running tally of the best scores for each class?" Am I just over thinking this? Oh, and consider the bar raised my friend! Updated OP, DB, RSS

Yup! That's where the map files come in. They're easy to create, or you can use mine. Basically it's a text file, named "whatever.map". Then on the line for Map file, just point to the map and you're good!

Take out the .zip part. GameEx will automatically use the extension. As long as you have nothing else in your ROM path, that should be all you need to configure. If you have other stuff in there, use the ROM filter line of the wizard to add *.zip

Boot up your computer, login to some star wars game, sit and chill in the Mos Eisley Cantina waiting for my friends to log in, we all "meet at the usual spot (table)" then head out on a speeder across town to go kill some Tusken Raiders. Yup.. if the emulator runs ok outside of GameEx, but doesn't list anything IN GameEx, it's typically a path issue. Try adding quotation marks around your path if it has spaces in it. Everybody seems to forget that part. I could also be a rom filter issue, leave it blank to list everything (ie; *.* in dos terms). If leaving it blank displays things you don't want (like ini files, or configs, or docs, etc) you can then figure out what your rom files' extensions are and plug them in later. The first part is to get it to display ANYTHING. Check your paths, check for quotes, and leave the filter blank.

Looks really fun. Could you imagine seeing a virtual reality movie? Being able to watch the movie, but control the camera yourself!

That's alright, I haven't even played this game yet. It's one of those last few remaining on my To-Do list.

Now, THAT, looks fun. Is the whole VR thing a reality yet, or are they still in prototypes? If they're in production now, and people can buy them, I'd bet they're ridiculously expensive!

If you're any good with soldering, you could probably run a wire connecting the traces, eliminating the switch altogether. You could also maybe replace the temporary switch with a full on/off flip switch if you don't want to permanently have the tv always on.

Even though it's fake, I'd still watch it. Anything with Scarlet in it.
