i just tested 9.61 but still the same prob: karaoke works in queue mode but nothing happens in instant mode (not even a message in the log) instant play works in jukebox mode though

i also experienced longer load times before games were starting actually... but i think it was only once and after that the games started right away

yo tom, thanks for helping me figure this out... i don't think it would be as simple as changing from queue mode to instant play. i got these settings right.. but i experience hd failures lately (chkdsk had to fix index structures twice in a week) so I'm not feeling this sure of my setup in general... though all emulators and video playback work in gameex... but i think of setting up my system again, maybe 64bit this time.. I'm pretty sure this will fix the error, sicne it still seems to work for others besides frequency and me! since we both have big collections i reckon it could have something to do with the sheer size of files gameex has to process (21 gb in my case). I saw the karaoke chache file in the gameex data folder, so maybe this file got corrupted. is it safe to delete this? I'm a bit clueless about what's going on... But setting up the system again will hopefully fix this error i will report back

nice price and good specs, except the graphics card the 2400xt isn't really spectacular... but should be quite sufficient for the most purposes. mame mostly (only?) uses cpu power and the most sophisticated emu that will run on this setup is probably nulldc. with a quad core you should also be able to get decent speeds with pcsx2 but the 2400xt could be a bottleneck... if you wanna play modern pc games like bioshock or call of duty 4 then you should probably consider upgrading the graphics card

i had issues with project n64 1.7055e (latest release) goldeneye performed with only 1 fps... 1.6 worked better overall. i was able to use the video plugin that came with 1.7055e (although only in spanish) which made a little difference (sky in goldeneye turned blue, was grey before)... so i have this hybrid versionwhich i'm now quite happy with... its a pity that n64 emulation is still far away from being perfect though for your mouse problem you can use a little ahk script that was discussed here on the forums. It simply moves your mouse to a corner. just put it in the launch before section of gameex

true... i thought about using other software.... but i gotta control karaoke with the arcade sticks (especially the page function i need)... so i think of installing an old gameex version!

i got a similar error! while fooling around with settings and changing the karaoke dir gameex crashed and it said something with karaoke cache problem (sorry i don't remember the exact text) i submitted the error though! Karaoke plugin is installed of course and it worked before....

weird... i made an update after karaoke wasn't working so it seems the problem was not only in the latest version. i will keep trying out things...

hey guys, does anyone else experience that? when i go into my karaoke library i see all the songs listed as usual but no song starts playing. nothing happens on selection... i tried all sort of things but nothing seems to work... is this just my setup or is that maybe an overseen bug in the new version?

i could play tekken 5 with this thing! cool! but... it would probably be cheaper buying the actual console then emulating it... well, lets wait a few more years... the golden rule in emulation seems to be patience!
