  1. GameEx Login is what you're after. Homepage is here and the thread about it is here. It's included with GameEx.
  2. Only other program I know of is using Bulk Rename Utility. There are other apps that do well in renaming based off databases that are free but then the databases cost. Bulk Rename Utility is the only app that is free that can do renaming but takes some tweaking to get it done right where as KJ File Manager handles all this within it's code since that's what it was designed for. KJ File Manager is a great app and I haven't experienced any other apps that compare to it for karaoke renaming.
  3. Best to buy in packages. I usually buy by the cd. Good to hit up sales/specials. Buying songs individually can get expensive but then again is a good source for just certain songs.
  4. Then full mode will equal 2. I didn't need to change the widescreen setting but if that works then stay with it but try it without. If not then it's good to know for other users.
  5. Well according to your settings, it would be setting to 800x600. If you had it set to 1024x768 then Fullmode would be equal to 2. FullMode=2 What resolution do you want it set at?
  6. I don't think so. I just tested with it and it's working fine on my end. You settings look fine. Looks like it's not giving focus to the emulator. Not sure what else to try at this point. Keep playing with the settings perhaps. Your hardware may need a specific change to the settings. What are the results when running from command-line?
  7. Call it a hunch!
  8. So were there any changes or was it just user error?
  9. Please post your EMULATOR.ini file located in your model 2 directory.
  10. I don't use u builds so I wasn't aware of any changes. I doubt they would change the way they had it before after all this time. What is the output of the window when trying to run?
  11. Thanks guys!
  12. There is a setting now. Are you sure they aren't disabled? In Display Settings make sure that Enable popup descriptions are set to Yes!
  13. Sorry! I confirm as well. Oh well! Was a good thought. LOL.
  14. For now, can't you choose to run it maximized? Right Click >>> Properties >>> Run Maximized >>> OK.
  15. Map file will help with the loading time of your lists. Taken from the FAQ:
  16. Best way to troubleshoot would be to run in Debug Mode. The Debug Mode setting needs to be set to Yes in Emulator Setup. This will show the command window and will show any errors with your command. Just make sure your Working Path is the directory where your fceux.exe resides and that your Rom Path contains your roms. Your command-line looks ok. If you can't figure this out then please post the output of window when you're in debug mode.
  17. Thanks for the news and for the new release guys!
  18. Please post your config!
  19. GameEx looks for the process that is in the command-line. So if you compile the script and run it then GameEx will wait for the process to finish and then return back to GameEx. Before you were running a script directly. So GameEx wouldn't know when to return unless you used an advanced config and listed other processes to watch out for. In your case it should have been autohotkey.exe maybe? I'm not sure how AHK handles that as I'm an AI user but same concept.
  20. Please export the emulator config for this system. Why not compile the script and then run it? This would fix all your problems as GameEx would be looking for the correct exe to close.
  21. Please try the following: taskkill /f /im nullDC_Win32_Release-NoTrace.exe
  22. Thanks headkaze!
  23. What version of MAME are you running?
  24. Sorry to hear that you guys are heading in that direction. LOL. I seem to get smarter in my old age. Either way, this topic has gone way off topic. Better to chat in the designated forums.
  25. Hello and welcome to our forums! Emulator lists don't have an option to update. This action is done in code based off changes in setup (i.e. ROM path, filters, etc.). The cached files are called map files and they are generated in the DATA directory of your you GameEx Install. They are named by emulator number. For instance: EMU_3.map So simply delete these files and the lists will be rebuilt.
