  1. Resolved! Found suggestion on a youtube video. is the link for future reference. Solution is as following: Click Option Click Option Click on EZ Setting tab Click Set button in Highest Compatibility group Click OK Click Option Click Option Click on Progam2 tab Change 1Block Clock to 90 Click OK Restart emulator and all should work I did the extra Ok's to be safe and to make sure it wrote to the config file. I'm sure it's just a matter of tweaking settings but since I don't use this emulator this was the best I could come up with.
  2. Problem was that user was using DaphneLoader.exe as the exe instead of Dapne.exe. I didn't catch until now.
  3. Your files seem to match fine. At this point I'd have to do some troubleshooting. I'll be in chat for a bit for real-time support.
  4. Can meet me in Chat for real-time support if interested. Link can be found on top of the forums. If not then please post the contents of your daphne_log.txt file.
  5. Meaning post a list of all the files in that directory. Whether it be a screenshot or other means.
  6. Not sure about the original disc but as far as your rip maybe the rip is not playing due to the way it was ripped. Please post your directory listing of this game and also the cue file contents as well.
  7. Strip out daphne.exe lair from the GameOptions. Should be: vldp -framefile "C:\Emulators\Daphne\Dragon's Lair\lairtxt.txt" -ignore_aspect_ratio -blank_searches -min_seek_delay 1000 -seek_frames_per_ms 20 -homedir C:\Emulators\Daphne -fastboot -bank 0 11011001 -bank 1 00100111 -sound_buffer 2048 -fullscreen -x 800 -y 600 The daphne exe is declared in Daphne EXE setting and lair is declared in the ROM setting.
  8. Original disc was tested by mounting it and running SSF? Then may be a setting. As far as file not working that could depend on the rip.
  9. Are you using the same exact command line in GameEx that's generated by Daphne Loader? Run Daphne Loader Select Game Click on Configure Button Click on Advanced tab Enable Display command line Click Apply button and then OK button Start game Now when you start a command-line will show in the window and you can copy that information into GameEx.
  10. Am already disappointed hence the reason to ask for demotion. LOL.
  11. I offer remote support for help. What kinda problems are you having? I'd rather you enjoy the experience of learning how to do things. Paying someone to set it up won't do any good as eventually some changes may be needed.
  12. There's go guide here on the forums. There are guides out there but nothing really complete. Well if you can get ZiNc running outside then don't see how it's not working inside. Please give more detail on the issues you're having.
  13. Congratulations! Welcome to the team! Can I be demoted now? LOL.
  14. Perhaps your filters need to be tweaked as they are not giving you your desired results. What filters are you using?
  15. Please include the full log in your posts. Are directx and video drivers up-to-date?
  16. Thanks for the quick fix headkaze!
  17. Copying over the gameex.ini is fine. No need to setup up new. Do you have an old ini that has different settings?
  18. Yes. This seems to be a bug. Thanks for the report. I just verified this. Seems like since these are all part of the same window that the radio buttons only allow one setting. I'm sure this will be resolved after this report.
  19. Thanks guys! Things keep getting better and better.
  20. LOL. Goodnight Ian!
  21. Are you using the D3D renderer or the OpenGL renderer? It's suggested to use the D3D renderer. So you got it running, so that's a good sign. So in GameEx it loads but it doesn't give focus to the emulator? Could be the renderer or could be the renderer settings. Please make sure you're running the D3D renderer and if you are then please post your renderer.cfg file.
  22. LOL. Are you drinking while setting up again? I know it's the weekend but you don't do so well setting up stuff while drinking.
  23. Step 4B would have told you what was wrong. You did step 4A. Either way it's obvious what the problem is. You need the renderer.znc file. Please download that and try again please.
  24. It would have been a reg file sent as an attachment called gameexreg.gxkey. Next step would be to send an e-mail to Tom himself.
  25. Posting would be part of step 4A and not 4B although I do see something that may be of trouble. There is an extra "-" parameter that doesn't seem to do anything and this may be what's causing it not to load. Please remove that from MAME Setttings >>> Advanced MAME Settings >>> MAME Options. Then try again. If that doesn't fix it then please follow step 4B as suggested.
