That's what I meant as well. I started and timed it 32 seconds (using the log) and then restarted and timed again which was still about 32 seconds. Give or take a 1/10th of a second. So the second time wasn't any faster than the first time for me. However it seems a lot faster overall. I use to wait more than that. Don't know how much exactly though cuz never timed it before I updated to the new version. I still would say it's an improvement.

Works just fine! Was the reason for needing to be updated cuz of the way TurboGrafx CD Images are handled.

Sorry no one helped ya out with this one Games001. Sometimes when I do an online update to GameEx, it doesn't always go as smooth as I may have hoped. Could be a number of things causing it to do that. Yet when I do a manual install the problems go away. Something to keep in mind if that's the way you're updating and you see a problem. Then if the problem still exists after a manual update then it's obviously a bug. I guess what you were experiencing was a fluke since no one responded and I personally have never come across that. Glad it's all worked out now!

Also thank Tom! He's the one who told me where it was. I never knew this feature could be turned off. I like it on when I'm going to leave GameEx running but when testing I don't want to wait for it to happen every time. Glad there is a way to disable. However let's also see if there is any improvements on it since Tom made some adjustments.

I was thinking this myself but I tried several different games and still no luck. Visitor Q and smbergie200 was unable to run them as well. That's why I thought that maybe the Turbografx CD's wouldn't work which is why I tried to mount them manually via the gui and from the command-line which both worked. My result using GameEx gave the error in the log that I posted. So let me know what you want me to try. Here's a picture of the directory with one of the games in it. Edit: Removed pic after seeing post about PM in case not to break any rules.

Nope. It just won't mount the ISO no matter what I do. I can only do it manually through the program itself or through the command line. We need Tom. I'll help you put it back to daemon tools for the time being. It's an easy fix.

Tested Turbographx CD and could not get to work but was successful with other systems. My results are that it won't load the iso for this system. I get this in the log: Unable to mount ISO. Did you install ISO Support when installing GameEx? I can manually mount it just fine and also I tested mounting via command-line and was successful. So might need Tom to take a look at this.

What are your results when running this setup? Does the emulator load?

That sounds about right. I have about 57 emulators setup right now. And it takes awhile for it to cache. Once it's cached it's fine until GameEx is restarted and has to go through the process again.

Updated to 9.68 and tested. Working great now Tom! Great job!

Very handy! I do know! One of the reasons I chose yours so that i can still move around my desktop to make changes as needed.

Thanks Tom! Wasn't much of a big deal cuz I usually run Fullscreen anyways. Had it windowed for testing purposes.

Just tested and it works great Tom! I did however have a question. Not sure if it's a bug or not. When running GameEx in fullscreen mode it all works fine but when running GameEx windowed then the loading screen flickers continuously when returning from the emulator. Should it do that?

I had that same problem when updating to the newest version as well. I just did a manual install and it took care of it. Not sure if that will help with your karaoke issue but here's hoping.
