Naw - it just works with MAME. And tbh - I wrote it that long ago, I've no idea how it works! I';m not sure if It changes the mame mapping or the windows mappings via "ControllerRemap." There must be something out there to do what you're trying to do though? Evening. So the greedy little b******ds at SiteGround suckered me good. A bargain intro price for the first year soon turned into a significant whopping bill. Of course they also have you by the short and curlies, because they have any content you've added as well (and not all apps are easily migrated). So as I seem to be doing progressively now (in terms of 'host-your-own') I decided to try rebuilding my website on my home server and am quite surprised by the results! Just got round to trying mine out. And I gotta say - what a pile of s**t. It alternates between showing a snowy 'no signal' screen and showing a boot logo on which it gets stuck. Steam - Portal and Half Life are a gift, but this my dear friends is a p**s take. Stick to what you do best and stop selling expensive paperweights.

So, figured the issue. In Felix's original post here: He had used a character that looked like a minus on one of the command line switches, but it wasn't one (if ran in cmd - threw an error). Replaced with minus and now all's well! Also edited it in Felix's post too..

Yeah. It seems to be working fine now. I'm wondering if it's linked to mapped network drives not mapping - I was having difficulties with these being mapped at startup. No difficulties = no issues with GE loading. Time will tell...

OK. Just come back to this a after couple of weeks - still happening + this didn't fix it. Still getting stuck on the loading screen. Alt+Tab reveals the GE window title with no info "GameEx ||||" No clues in log - any other ideas? log.txt
