    I must have got lucky because I do not remember setting that in the past...but that was awhile ago. Nice job!

    I only have VP9.9 and Physmod and all I did was make a folder in c:\pinballX\database\ called "physmod." I copied the .xml from the original database location to this folder as well, renamed to physmod.xml and edited with the tables I wanted. Then I made the second "connection" inside of PinballX to point to physmod and mine all show on the one menu - not sure what that is called. But it sounds you copied the same .xml to all of your folders? My database folders only have one .xml in each, which has the tables for that version of VP. Can I see a screen shot of the "three menus" you are seeing?

    Track a field just needs 3 buttons, nothing special. Paperboy would be the "special" and needs some fine tuning of the controls, so I understand if that never gets picked but I did get it working on my cabinet from a forum post...somewhere

    Just take your time with the mines, slow pace...you'll see they are not that bad, - of course I can only score 30k+ so I'm not that much better

    sure thing. Log attached...and i think this is pinballx.ini - i found it in c:\pinballx\config thanks guys. In the meantime I added about 12 more tables and during testing in PBX they all gave the message when exiting. log.txt PinballX.ini

    I dont have the crash issue with VP...inside of PinballX is when I get the error. The error does not kill PBX either, it just shows the "VP is not responding..." and then after about 5 seconds that error goes away and VPX continues on. I just tested Adam's Family in VP and it exits fine. Tried again in VPX and once I hit esc in PBX I get the error as mentioned above. I will probably need to post on GameEx forums but thought I'd ask here as well. any ideas? This is a new OS and I am trying to get everything working on my old OS. I did not have this issue on the old OS except occasionally.

    Yeah I try that...but sweet crap it seems impossible at some points. I just need to figure out some good patterns.

    How the heck do you guys get such high scores. I played for an hour last night and could not get past stage 5...and I only got there once...sweet crap!

    Improved but over 40k behind Exed...sweet crap I did not realize how good he did. I know I can get through the Beginner stages of MP, but not sure how much further ill get. Nice score Exed! 35,900

    Sad thing is I played 1943, 1944, Bubble Bobble, and DK3 all for about 2 hours and I could never get past my last HS...Gauntlet and CC are ones I knew I did not have a lot of time to play in the past and I knew I could beat those.,

    I would hate to see the HS comp disappear. I may not be as active with posting scores but I come to this forum at least once a day to see if anything new has changed. It will be tough to give an incentive for other to improve their scores besides the idea of just wanting to improve, which I do attempt but often fail so no new scores get posted As Christmas comp...i agree just too much going on. I would not base the life span of GOTM based on the that competition. If anything I think we should just not do a GOTM or Comp for december going forward. I know my way around Photoshop and would taking over the responsibility of creating the GOTM winner banner if I can get GC's .psd file to start from.
