    Okay. Issiue looks like something to do with your mame.exe. What exactly are you using? Just to test, try the official default mame64.exe. I expect it will work.

    Yes. It will look for stats.png in the theme if it exists.

    To troubleshoot you should also investigate data\runitgame.bat. Also the log you provided does not show you launching anything (I see you said that sorry). I really don't know I guess some issue with the game database. Obviously try removing, adding it again etc.

    So what did you change? New version of GameEx, MAME? From what to what? Main thing to note is expect to update all software when doing big updates including roms. If this is not what happened here and its just a little bug please post your log and ini files. If you wish to start over. Just back up the entire GameEx folder, settings are stored in the config folder.

    Hey Greatstone, Just to let you know from GameEx 16.50 we now have direct support for hi2txt and have replaced the legacy hitotxt support. Hope that is okay with you and thanks so much for your hard work. Cheers. Tom.

    Glad you figured it out. The option may have been removed from the setup in Arcade. Could swear I looked at your log and it was not Aracade edition. Sorry about that but yeah skip disclaimer injects those options so it can send keys to MAME. PS: Advance MAME settings should be renamed to Advanced. These are in fact settings and nothing to do with the legacy MANE version discontinued many years ago.

    It is worth adding an exception for windows defender for folders by the way. Otherwise think of it reading the same file several times plus analyzing it with your CPU. As mentioned, LAV codecs too.

    MAME settings - Advanced MAME settings. Thats the only thing I can think it could be if it is in fact anything to do with GameEx.

    Sorry, I am probably being slow, but what exactly are you referring to by controller mappings? Are you talking about within MAME only? You may want to try turning off the bypass disclaimer option. It could be that but you didn't say which GameEx you upgraded from.
