Fixed a bug in "Roms In Folders" Option (Thanks to Stu1983 for his help in testing this feature!)This makes the plugin your best option if using GameEx's Roms In Subfolders option, since the native DT support does not currently work with that configurationFound and fixed a bug in the Command-Line variable support that was introduced in the new plugin versionSome minor code tweaks and cleanup
