  1. I decided to create some X-Arcade Tankstick CP skins to modify some of the various CPs displayed via GameEx, CP Wizard, Xpadder, and the like. I will provide the Adobe PSD and Gimp XCF files once complete. Here are a few examples: I have created Adobe PSD and Gimp XCF files for ease in creating some X-Arcade Dual CP skins as well as provided an example of a KOF skin. xarcade_tankstick_overlays.zip xarcade_dual_overlays.zip

  2. Hi pHreaksYcle! Welcome! As Draco mentioned, GameEx doesn’t include any games whatsoever. It’s completely ‘BYOG’ if you will. What it does include out of the box is some media to go with your games (i.e. some videos and snaps). This serves more as a demo of what GameEx should look like when properly configured. The support section on GameEx product site is a great place to get started and begin to learn the ropes of using GameEx. The purpose of the forum (among other things) is so that we might assist users with specific issues they may encounter along the way. There are some really good tutorials featured on the forums, but for the most part we’re here to bail you out if you run into problems. Here’s a brief primer on our community: … At least that’s the way I remember it going down. If or when you have a moment, please post your GameEx.ini as it will give us some guidance as to your current configuration, and any suggestions we make at that point will be better tailored to your specific setup. When you post a new thread, the directions for locating the proper troubleshooting information are linked from the header in the part that says, “Please refer to this link for additional information.” That link will take you to the How to Ask for Help thread which is a fantastic place to start with requests for troubleshooting assistance. Good luck man! We look forward to seeing you around. Take a look at the Support section of the GameEx product site to see if that makes sense (The Setup Wizard also has help text for nearly every field, so that should also provide some insight). If you still find yourself in a rough patch, please report back and (hopefully) we can set you down the right path.

  3. A great tool for helping to manage and name/rename your arcade art is Perfect Match by Tempest. You may want to give it a go with any manual renaming you may need to do to get things in order.

  5. AHK scripts that have hotkeys are persistent, that is they continue to run until the user closes it or exitapp is encountered. When you use the Run on Launch, GameEx waits until the launched program closes before continuing. In this case since your script never ends GameEx never launches the emulator. I would just write a second script which runs the first one, and then exits. In the Launch After use Taskkill /f /im "Name of First Script" or possibly Tskill /f /im "Name of First Script" depending on your OS.
