  1. I think this is caused by a tickbox in the miscellaneous tab of WinUAE. "Start into GUI" or something like that. This box becomes ticked under certain circumstances, for example when using the edit config button in WinUAELoader. Hope that helps.

  2. That is what I was thinking as well. I am sure that some games are restricted due to user location and that may be part of the process to see where you are. Or Steam had a hiccup.

  3. I've uploaded 2 wrappers, not sure if these will download automatically or if Tom has to manually add them from the FTP 12140 - Max Payne 12150 - Max Payne 2 where did you get id 201330 for Max Payne? Mine is showing 12140 I couldn't get the hiding to work as the window would still appear then hide, so it's no better than the window appearing then clicking play and the window closes anyway I'll attach them here in case they don't get added to the installer automatically 12140 - Max Payne.rar 12150 - Max Payne 2.rar

  4. The behaviour varies Tom, some games show no image at all (ie a black box), whilst others show a coloured box (differing colours depending upon the game). Happy to post a log if it will help, just wasn't sure there was much point in this case?

  5. Well, I rock for fixing the bug quickly but as far as I am concerned it should not have been there in the first place lol

  6. OK, here's what I came up with: You'll need to copy this to a notepad and save it as Override.xml ... and put it in PLUGINS/Game Info/ <overrides> <screen_number>1</screen_number> <screen_x>640</screen_x> <screen_y>480</screen_y> </overrides> Change the screen number to the one Windows actually assigns to the monitor you're using, and the Res X and Res Y according to that screen's resolution, and fire it up. Let me know what happens.

  9. Hi all. Well i never made any Wrappers before but thanks to AutoHotKey and the recorder, i found it pretty easy Well i made 3 today, as these 3 games are the only ones i got ATM that did not have a wrapper and which they needed one So i thought i would share them here: (feel free to edit them, if you can tweak them better, but they do work for me) 57650 - DUNGEONS - Steam Special Edition.rar 70650 - Worms Blast.rar 209790 - Splice.rar P.s Tom, feel free to add them to the installer

  11. Great cab and write-up Boothammer! I really like it when an enthusiast provides a list of materials, costs, etc. as this helps to inform and inspire the next cab builder.
