  2. null - All, I have created a backdrop element that I will be including with my theme based upon the XArcade Tankstick to augment this great controller image kit! I have also created a generic "PCB schematic" to go along with it.

  4. This update is completed! Added "Jukebox" functionality to the plugin The Jukebox banner displays the Song Name, Artist Name and Album Name In "Attract Mode", the logo image is replaced by the album cover art and the info banner stays on screen if you have attract set to launch and keep playing your music Last.FM integration is available but not included by default due to a licensing issue. PM me if you're interested in the patch. If Last.FM integration is activated, the banner overlay also includes a bio section, which displays in this order: The song bio if available The album bio if available The artist bio if available [*]The plugin will also download and use Last.FM album and artist art [*]In either case, the plugin will display GameEx's artwork for track and album If nothing is found on Last.FM or Last.FM is not activated, the plugin will use GameEx's artwork instead. [*]If no cover art can be located, "Attract Mode" will use your default logo instead [*]Touched up some code where GameEx tries to hijack your 2nd monitor in attract (you may see GameExtender for a half a second in between games) I'll be updating the first post with the new Last.FM free version in a little bit. Again, you can PM me if you're interested in the Last.FM patch (which I highly recommend by the way). Thanks again for all your support!

  5. Hi all. It's been a while since I posted anything but I've recently started tinkering with a media PC and adding GameEx to it. After setting up Project 64 1.7 I was rather surprised to see that it doesn't have a global widescreen stretch option (I'd never noticed this before as I was always on a 4:3 arcade monitor) You either have to live with the black borders at each side or manually change the setting for each game. So I started digging in the Project64.cfg and seen that it adds an entry for each game when you change this setting. It stores the CRC1+CRC2 for each game. Thanks to the Muppen ini I found a list of 2522 CRC1+CRC2's so I've created a new Project64.cfg that enables widescreen stretching for pretty much every game. Thought I would fire it up here as it might be useful to other users. Bear in mind the attached cfg is my config so you will have to edit all your settings again. If you don't want to do this just copy all the: [001A3BD0-AFB3DE1A-C:46] Direct3D8-DesiredAspect=1 type entries from the bottom of the attached config and paste them into your own Project64.zip

  8. Yeah I got two Technic 1200's in the lab myself with a Gemini mixer and a Kaoss pad in between (I used to rock a lot of house music gigs back in the day)... Nothing beats that warm sound of a piece of fresh vinyl! I got a Core 2 Duo laying around and a nice 4:3 monitor that was donated to me also, which can only mean it's time to build my own jukebox to house all my 60's through 80's 45s rips (I have a sh*t load of records thanks to garage sales and Goodwills). When I get to the juke eventually, I'll be using DWJukebox also... It's a nice piece of software and it looks 'authentic' for people like me that prefer 'singles mode'. I hear ya on never really being done... Once you run out of money you'll turn to skinning, then you'll resort to tweaking... It's a vicious cycle my friend!
