  1. Well, I've just found out who they are, and guess what? It is somebody I know, well kind of anyway. They are my cousin's girlfriends not so close relatives. They knew I had alot of games and stuff because they cane round to a barbecue a while back. Scum of the earth. The disappointing thing is they're only 14 and 15 so lucky for them they can't get shafted in the shower, but will most likely get fined alot and lots of community service, anti social behavior orders, ankle tags and possibly a youth offenders institute. F*****g B******s Got the laptop but it's water damaged. Don't know how that happened but luckily for me a new laptop is on its way, jewellery has been returned aswell.

  2. My money is on somebody you know. Sad, but probably true. It's the main reason I don't have any friends.

  3. 2 post in one day, I'm on a roll This one is a bit more complicated so bare with me... I've created an AHK script that will launch one EXE if an HID device is present, if the device is not present it will run another EXE Background: I have 2 Project 64's setups, one for using my Adaptoid's and the other for using my wireless Xbox 360 controllers. I could have mapped both pads to the same keyboard keys using Xpadder but then I would lose analogue support. I've created the script to be pretty generic so it will run any EXE not just Project 64 How to: You need to edit 3 variables at the top of the script: VID = VID_06F7 NotFoundEXE = E:\N64\Project 64\Project64.exe FoundEXE = E:\N64\Project 64 - Adaptoid\Project64.exe VID is the device ID, you can get this in device manager (see screenshot) NotFoundEXE will be ran if your device is not found FoundEXE will be ran if your device is found The script will pass any arguments that it receives to the EXE that it runs, so this can be used as a direct replacement for your current EXE. Note: I've tested this on 3 systems, it worked on 2 and failed on 1. Seems to be a problem getting the HID devices on some systems, so it may or may not work for you. If it fails it will pop up and tell you. I found all the HID part of the code on the AHK forums so I've no idea how to fix it. DeviceExist.zip

  4. Is this the only document you have created with PDF Converter Pro that you have tried to open from within the eBook reader? I have run into problems with other conversion programs in the past. If not,. please test this out on a smaller file and see if you run into the same issue. If so, you may want to try CutePDF.

  5. Ok got my computer back today and been spending the whole day re-installing Win 7x64 and it's updates while also killing the ant invasion I had out in the living room. I also upgraded my system as well adding 2TB and 1.5TB hard drives to my internal drive bays and most importantly I also upgraded the video card as well. While at Frys this morning I got a Radeon HD7870 replacing my nVidia 560TI. So now later tonight I'll start moving files from my backup external HD's. So maybe by Tues I'll be back up and running.

  6. Have completed 90% of the core logos total and about 30% completion of Console logo conversion. Still quite a ways to go with Manufacturer, Handheld, and PC System logos. Here is a brief video of the theme in action with changes that include: - New selector bar - Logos featuring blue tinted gradient overlays and transparency - Updated some core images

  7. Confirmation here: (in case anyone is interested) I've got 6 - count 'em, SIX game controllers working on my system - particularly working under SSF 012_beta_R3 Sega Saturn emulator running Saturn Bomberman. My system is an AMD MA378Pro based HTPC running Windows 7 x64 bit Home Premium. I now have tested my game rig with 4 Xbox Wireless controllers + the above suggested Logitech wireless F710s of which I have 2 of them. Controller 1 = Xbox wireless controller for windows (which came with a USB receiver cable - connected directly to a back port on my HTPC) Controller 2 = Xbox wireless controller for xbox (which came with no receiver and connects to controller 1's receiver) Controller 3 = Xbox wireless controller for xbox (which came with no receiver and connects to controller 1's receiver) Controller 4 = Xbox wireless controller for xbox (which came with no receiver and connects to controller 1's receiver) Controller 5 = Logitech F710 wireless controller (which came with its own USB receiver dongle - currently connected to a non-powered USB hub) Controller 6 = Logitech F710 wireless controller (which came with its own USB receiver dongle - currently connected to a non-powered USB hub) I had enough USB ports but wanted to keep the front ones free for movie thumb drives and couldn't be bothered getting a powered hub so I tried the non-powered one and it worked fine for the F710s though its manual suggests a powered one. Installed the xbox disc driver for the 1st one and 2-4 just worked as different green glowing xbox quarters automatically after that. i did Not install the Logitech driver disc as it said you don't have to if you use them in Xinput mode which i kept their switches on instead of the DirectInput. I activated them in controller order above then launched SSF and went into options and setup the multitaps for initial gamepad configuration. Subsequent runs just worked. To be safe i put numbered stickers on the backs of them and I wake them up in order just in case. I suspect i might be able to get another 2 or 4 F710s working and then we could have 8 or 10 player Bomberman. Haven't tried any 12player sports games yet though.. I'll let you know if I get any more working if i buy some more controllers. Hope this helps someone keen to try it. I can't tell you how fun Saturn Bomberman is on the big screen with so many players! :-)
