Since getting my new PC and removing the old one from the cabinet, I haven’t had much time to set everything up properly.
Today, I noticed that animated GIFs for systems aren’t showing, and I’m not sure if this problem is specific to my setup.
Here are some examples of the system logos I usually use.

But within PinballX, those GIFs are shown as blanks.

Aren't the .gifs supposed to be in .apng format? Asking for a friend...

It always worked as a gif. I can rename 'em and check again. 😉

Good spot Mike...  I can confirm animated gif wheel images also appear transparent in Pbx 6.95.

Interesting thing is a static (single frame image saved as gif format) gif appears ok, but any multi frame gif is transparent. Apng format animated images are working ok for me.
