GameEx 15.40 Crash and green flickering

Hi,

No Emulator installed yet or anything. Just tested the software.
I have weird green flickering all over and small video window stutters. After about a minute or when i click "Change view"  it will crash (but won't say it crashed, just a black window which forces me to restart)

Windows 10 64 bit
