Have you tried clearing your browser cache, and giving it another try, or another browser?

I just got to that step with no errors with Chrome.

I have the same problem and can't pay. I test it with Firefox and Internet Explorer. The problem stays.

I wrote to the support but till now I didn't get an answer.

Just test it with the actual Chrome and there is the same error-message.

Just to clarify this is an issue affecting Germany only and is because of PayPal not me. PayPal don't support subscriptions in Germany or China for some reason. I am told adding a credit card helps. The other option is to purchase Lifetime without any subscription.

Again this is caused by PayPal not me and affects customers in Germany only.

As a very micro business selling digital products in the EU  I cannot easily support other payment methods or currencies and still comply with all European red tape without excessive costs. I hope you understand.

So blame PayPal and the EU!

PS: From someone with a small business from the UK personally I am no worse off from Brexit and doubt I will be, although I didn't vote out as I couldn't decide either way. Although the common market place is more hindering to me than a help running a very small global internet business venture like this. So maybe things will change but in the meantime if you are from Germany please try adding a credit card to your PayPal account or alternatively the only other option is the full lifetime complete package. This will also give you a license to Evolution once it goes paid. So its not a bad deal anyway.

But where can I add a creditcard in the shop? In my paypal-account I have two creditcards.

It sounds like I need to raise a ticket with the forum software developer then if it is not even getting as far as PayPal. Could you please confirm it is a German account?

Also please let me know if it gets any further with the lifetime package (no subscription). Unfortunatly that may be the only option right now.
