Hi - You may need to provide us copies of your gameex.ini and log.txt (Click here for additional information on how to find these files and others that may be required).

Additionally, you will want to confirm that your are running gameex.exe as administrator. it is possible that the gameex.ini file is not being saved due to lack of administrative rights to the gameex folder and subfolders.

Thanks!

Not sure why we are looking at Google Chrome properties. I would prefer to see what your gameex.exe file properties looks like. Again, please provide copies of your gameex.ini and log.txt files. Thanks again.

I looked into this a good bit earlier today when you first posted it. I never came across a solution, although I saw instances of it, seemingly very random with a lot of applications, some being related to Steam. One thing I did see in the technet threads was having to do whether or not you had your desktop running in a mode that forced legacy XP compatibilty to kick in on some apps. Seemed to open ended and vague to post as a possible solution though.
