    Pretend it says properties for GameEx instead i have a Swedish windows so I dont think you can read it if i took a printscreen from my computer. But I will provide the ini and the log later today...

    I running as administrator don´t think it is in the ini file it looks like this . Took a picture from the web have a swedish windows myself..

    Every time i right click on the gameex icon and look at the settings, the disable display scaling on high DPI settings is marked. This is a problem for me for every time i start the program I must unselect this otherwise the mame emulator stutters is this a bug? No other programs have this problem? Same problem on both of my computers... Operating system Windows 8.1
