  2. yeah go ahead and post it...hell I don't even think i have a copy of it any more.

    Dreamcast

Well typically I'm suppose to post these in the config & database thread...so I'm doing a no no. I'll get them in there some day.
  4. Actually its in: C:\Program Files\GameEx\THEMES\<Theme Name>\MEDIA\LOGOS\ Where "<Theme Name>" is the actual name of the theme you are using or intend to use. In my case: C:\Program Files\GameEx\THEMES\Default - MCE Glossy\MEDIA\LOGOS\
  5. ** Puts it out ** hehe why do you think I'm so bitchy these days?...its because I gave that stuff up. Yeah I know you'll do it with or without the giggles.

    beta db's

Yeah HK listed XML as the format...which I think Access can import from directly. Tho I think Stu is going to work some magic on it and make things smooth as silk.
  7. Simple enough...download an Admin package of it. Linky
  8. In the future if your going to post in the general forum..please don't send me a PM requesting the same info...and I'm certainly hoping you where experiencing time out issues...because I'd really hate to think you spammed me 3 times for giggles. As you have seen posting in the forum will nearly always get you the quickest response...only thing faster is search. There are very few...if any thing really, that requires my input on how to solve a problem, as we have a wealth of brilliant people here, many of whom know more than myself. So use them when you need to, and help others when you can. Somewhat sorry about how this may read...but getting three identical PM's of whats been posted in the forum...comes across to me as bad form...so I'm a little vexed. Anyways as Brian said welcome to the board.

Post chankast you missed the last bit of it.

Figured I'd write a loader for this DC emu as well...might help it get more exposure...and to that end maybe more development. Its probably the roughest of the current four (Crankcast, demul, nullDC, Makaron) but its also the first to break the silence post Crankcast. I do hope we'll see more development for this emulator.

    Neo Geo Cd

Your files are fine...I'll work up some Import INI's for you and Loaders if required.

    Dreamcast

Its not yet up to par with nullDC...but in some area's its better..others worse...its better than Crankcast I'd say from the testing I've done. Its worth a spin...oh and it only supports CDI & GDI...with GDI being the preferred method...go figure. Seeing all this dev...almost gets me rethinking my stance...but still have a bad taste in my mouth. Kind of wondering when we'll see something new out of demul as its been a while.
  14. You would be better off asking in a nullDC forum about how to get certain games to run if at all. Tho for that one I think you have to use the Crankcast video plugin...

Emulator can be found on the following Blog: Deunan (English/Polish) Brian...not one word or I'll throw something at you. By the way you can support this one as well. Quick Note...this one does support Gamepads\Joysticks
  16. GameEx can generate a catver.ini based off your Mame version. Most if not all *.dat files you must download yourself...and place next to your Mame executable. I'm not sure if GameEx will then copy those to *\gameex\data\...Brian or someone else is really likely more in the know about this than I am.

That sounds like where I may have heard about it.

Yeah that would be great, thanks.

Okay managed to avoid writing the script tonight...but should have it by tomorrow. I'll probably just dump everything to a text file for right now from AllGames....mainly as we'll likely need to use your fuzzy logic code again to zip through things at a reasonable pace.

hehe okay...just wasn't sure if I was an odd ball or not...well actually I am...but not in game binds I guess.

Now I got a silly question...am I the only one that finds using the shoulder buttons on their gamepad easier to use than Dpad or stick? Hehe ideally a spinner would be the ticket...but HTPC user here.

    CCCP & GameEx

Brian - NOD32 user here. I rarely use eMule (Plus) or DC++ (CZ) anymore...but I do still use them. Bearshare & WinMX are both giant virus hives. eMule can be a little rough some times. Never tried Kazza or LimeWire. Prior to GameEx I mostly ran ether K-Lite or XP Codec Pack. mightypeniz - Well I've used Beta 2 Tryout...and right now I'd say CCCP is a better product..could just be the default settings used by CCCP...don't know...Beta 3 Tryout blew-up on me...so can't say.
