would it be possible for gameex to support composite input this would allow gameex to play freeview/sky digital /camcorder /ps2 etc etc all you would need is a scart cable to composite and a composite sound to 3.5" jack cable and use either line in or Mic jack for sound most tv cards have a composite input port on them just an idea

i have had a simaler problem and it turned out to be windows power saving worth a try in turning it off if its on other than that im not sure

try taking the %{ENTER} out for testing see if it loads the game up in windowed mode ok also you have no delay on send key this may cause a problem try 4000 then work down if its to long

its just not supported, you could put it in a feature request but i think a few people have asked for it before worth a try though

yes i was hoping someone knew of a small program that would let me view in full screen i have tried with power vcr but cant find any way of starting it in full screen headkaze made something for webcams "webcamsnap" i tried this it found the input device but showed as a black screen

i have a freeview box on my pc its connected with a "S-Video input" i currently use power VCR to view works fine what im wanting to do is use it in gameex, at the moment i have to tell power vcr to go full screen basicly i was wondering if anyone knew how to make power vcr start in full screen or another program that will able to do it thanks Michael

hi jim this is the way i use epsx to boot a psx CD firstly make a BAT file with the following in it @echo off echo loading psx game set the emulator filter to *.bat then use send key after a delay ( use 3 seconds or so depends on speed of pc) ALT-F down down enter this will navigate the emulator menu and choose boot from CD if you have any questions il try and help

if you want just one video for mame the easiest way would be copy the game into a new directory and point gameex to that folder and make the video then set it back to the original directory once its finished

if you use the drivers that are in xp sp2 gameex works with MCE remote without any other software or setting up what exactly cant you get working?

only way i can think of doing this is some code in gameex its self, that basicly sends the mouse pointer to the botton right of the screen and holds it there while in gameex. this would make the mouse not show on screen

yes in the config app, under Input settings choose disable mouse input (4th option down)

the Wizard is just to get you up and running with gameex, The config app has more advanced options/tweaks to allow you to do things like disalble radio etc

yes all it does is replaces explorer.exe with gameex.exe all services will load as normal

yes thats the version i use. I have noticed that all the games seem to work on my other pc. So im wondering if nvidia drivers because the pc it all works on is a lower spec pc. -

Im just wondering if it is possible to change the colour or text on a theme to yellow? cant seem to find a way of doing it also a possible theme editor bug? when i open theme editor and use the open box that comes up when theme editor opens i select the theme and get a error message "error accoured while attempting to open the theme" it does this with all the V2 themes but when i open via the file menu i have no problems thanks Michael

i have tried a few more games and some games do eaxctly what you said yet others work in full screen fine for instance street fighter zero Alpha works fine in full screen yet sega rally dosnt my setup is pritty much default only thing changed is remove scan lines -
