  1. Here are a couple DMD style logo images of Future & Visual Pinball.
  2. Future Pinball icon.
  3. The really fun thing about this theme is creating all these backgrounds for MAME.
  4. Using MAMEUIHiscore. I am not one for figuring out how to compile MAME or have the patience to deal with doing that. I like this version because it gets rid of those Nag screens and has Hiscore features. I like using the UI for config all the games too since it is what I've been use to for years. I'm sure everyone will tell me how easy it is to do it myself but like I said I have no intrest in doing it. I'm sure that is part of the problem, but for now it seems everything is working just fine.
  5. Creating a few more MAME titles tonight.
  6. Funny thing also I noticed since moving MAME to it's own emulator slot I no longer get any of those weird crashes I was getting before.
  7. Ok here is Future Pinball.
  8. This method actually works much much better with the current theme I am working on since it skips all the mumbo jumbo and goes straight to the backgrounds for each game which is what I wanted anyways. So I am glad I setup MAME this way.
  9. Thanks! Well I solved this issue by just removing MAME games and setting up MAME as it's own emulator.
  10. Anyone else experience long delays when you update MAME list when it completes and returns back to GameEx control? Sometimes mine just locks up on occasions. Also notice long delays when you go from the main menu to mame is just sits there frozen for 20-30 secs then goes to mame listing but it doesn't do that for the other emulators just mame. Oops noticed I stuck this in the wrong forum sorry guys.
  11. Thanks for the info. Will check it out especially if it's free.
  12. No it's just the way Fraps took the snap. The actual background looks nice for some reason fraps took a bad snapshot. Glad you like it going to start on a Future Pinball one tonight will be a bit different ... I don't want them both to look alike.
  13. Ok here is a peek at the Visual Pinball table background for this theme. This snap for some reason doesn't look so crisp but trust me it looks much better than this. At least you can see what it will look like...
  14. Taking a little break from the Atari 2600 tonight and focusing on the Visual and Future Pinball table backgrounds. I've completed the framework for them and should have a few tables to show you sometime this weekend.
  15. Yes I am sorry for your loss as well....Hang in there!!!
  16. Now that I am back at working on the theme again here is a new updated pic of the revised Atari 2600 games selections screens will look like.
  17. Ok ... done upgrading my Alienware will let you all know how GameEx looks and runs on it after Christmas! Now I can get back to working on the theme ..... having too much fun messing with my new toy and got off the subject.
  18. All your remakes are awesome! They look real nice on the BIG HDTV Looking forward to some more vector remakes!
  19. The wife and I drove down to Fry's Electronics yesterday and she bought me my (early) Christmas present! An Alienware M18xR2 Gaming Laptop can't wait to put GameEx on that bad boy..... This thing is big ... it's like I just transformed my Desktop PC into a portable gaming rig! Dang she said I can't play with it til X-mas thou..... UPDATE! I installed a 120gb SSD drive and put the OS (win7x64) on that drive free up the 750gb for games and still have room for one more internal HD (Wow!) this thing is awesome.... UPDATE #2! Gonna add 8 more gigs to it this weekend for a total of 16gb. Then back into the box it goes
  20. Is MuDiGUI even still available as the link doesn't work at all?
  21. Another really good alternative to Xpadder is Pinnacle Game Profiler.
  22. Thanks. Some of these are going to be challenging due to either bad box images or none at all but I will figure out something...
  23. If your trying to get rid of the sort by just go into the setup wizard and select the Text/Language option then remove the text for what sort by you want to not have displayed. Such as By Manufacturer ect ... just leave it blank and it will be gone. I have no bad effects what-so-ever doing this at all as I have been testing it alot on several computers and not had anything go wrong.
  24. Good to be back! Thanks guys .... todays work
  25. I been actually thinking about doing just that .... stay tuned!
