  1. Sorry if I'm being a pain, or if I'm just plain blind, but I'm not seeing it. Did access to the settings get removed in the last update by accident?
  2. When I hit the "P" key while playing an emulator it takes me to the GameEx Pause Menu/In-Game Menu. I don't want this. I swear I enabled this in the Setup Wizard at some point (I wasn't sure what it was) but I can't find it anymore. Searching "Pause" in the Wizard didn't help either. How do I deactivate this feature? GameEx.ini
  3. Woah, that would be amazing! I'll definitely be staying tuned. Is there a tutorial on this? I've been searching and haven't found anything. This might just solve all of my problems.
  4. Haha, you're absolutely right. I went on a quest to find a better emulator, and the closest thing was Gens+, which of course is not nearly as good as Fusion. In addition to changing controller preferences, it's be nice to access savestates, disk changes, and other settings. I know there are hotkeys for that, but I'm running about 15 different emulators, and it's difficult to memorize the hotkeys for each of them. It's probably Kega's fault that Fullscreen to Windowed exits GameEx, but it'd be nice if the GameEx devs could somehow fix the issue.
  5. I hadn't considered emulator groups. I'm still probably going to find an alternative to Fusion though.
  6. This is good enough for me. Horizontally-Scrolling Ship-Shooters aren't my forte. 690,810
  7. Yea, it's kind of a pain to be in GameEx, realize ya wanna play a Genesis/CD game, exit out, open the emulator, change the controls, open GameEx, and then play the game though. I suppose I'll look for alternatives to Fusion. It's been the only emulator so far that's given me any guff.
  8. Thank ya. I've had a lot of practice playing intense multiplayer matches with my roommate, who is a Puzzle Bobble fiend, which is definitely the best way to master any puzzle game. I'd honestly never played Single-Player mode before this competition.
  9. Not every time, but I do play a lot of multi-player with my friends, and they have different controller preferences.
  10. *Ahem* I was the one who suggested it, due to Adultery wanting a Puzzle game. But anyways, Read 'em and weep, boys: 2,271,550 It's still an 1/8th of the world record.
  11. Beat me to it I certainly do.
  12. Aw yeah, this one has always been a favorite of mine. Doesn't mean I'm pro at it though! 103040
  13. Well, my score is dwarfed in comparison to grand-master KRC, but I got: 45,568
  14. I boot Fusion in Full Screen mode by default. In order to edit the controls within Fusion, one has to put it into windowed mode first (as far as I know). But, when I try to do this by pressing alt+enter Fusion just returns to GameEx like I exited out of the application. Any ideas? I've attached my log, .ini, and config for Genesis. fusion log.txt Murve's GameEx.ini
  15. Thank you for all of the resources! I'll try my hand at those Map files soon.
  16. Huh, it's working now. Maybe I did have the Wizard open before. I'll test on my girlfriend's computer (which is where I was having the most problems).
  17. I think I was removing MAME games when I last tried. Is there any way to access the cache and look at what game I've deleted so I can later delete them in explorer?
  18. This is what I'm looking for (I think). I want to sort them by MAME's idea of a folder (.ini lists or menus or whatever, which GameEx supports, for example, the Favorites Menu) not Explorer's, sorry for the ambiguity. I'm prepared to get my configure on, so lay it on me Edit: Another thing: On the emulator menus you can sort the games by category. Is there a way to make my own category? This would be preferable.
  19. Another Question, When I use the delete key in GameEx, it removes the game from the GameEx Menu but not from Explorer. As a result, whenever I run GameEx the next time, the games I previously removed are back. Is there a way to send games to the recycle bin, or just plain remove them, within GameEx?
  20. Heya, So, I recently sifted through a bunch of SNES/Genesis/NES/Master System roms and narrowed them down to games that were worth keeping. I'd like to now organize these based on if they have multiplayer support, and then further organize them down to whether they're co-op or versus. I did this with my MAME games a year ago, and I see GameEx supports MAME folders, but does GameEx support folders for the non-mame emulated games? Edit: Okay, I see GameEx can sort games by Category (by 1-2 players, action, adventure, etc.). Is there a way to make my own category?
  21. It does, thanks for your patience.
  22. So Toobin' was January's Game-of-the-Month and Time Pilot was January's...?
  23. This score is as good as it's gonna get for me: 35,700
