If you head over to the User Projects forum, in my post you will find an app I created to make map files. You would be able to do something fairly quickly once you got the hang of the program. Adultery has a map program on his post as well. -
Since Nullpointer verified it, I would say that you have indeed uncovered a bug. I'll send Tom an E-mail and let him know.

Chiilinwater's app doesn't do specific bezels, then The Randomizer would be the way to go until Adultery adds this to Mame Commander.

No Problem. As I said if anybody wants to test it I have time to make it work if need be. Honestly anything that gets incorporated into GameEx or the plugin system is better for the end user, and that is what counts!

No. It is perfectly ok to use GameEx on a computer or two of your own. Please don't share with others. The limit is pretty much up to you, but if you asked then we already know that you are not going to abuse it.

I'm not sure what you are looking for from me. If you want to post it at Emumovies as an app that can be used with all FE's, that would be great. As you know, that's what I did with my stuff. IMHO Emumovies is neutral ground to which anybody into emulation should have access. I'm happy to see you offering to do this, I always figured you were more or less 'FE neutral'.

If you have the option to lower the frame rate, that would help. Some emulators offer different pixel shaders which may help as well. Maybe some pixel shaders use the GPU while others use the CPU? IDK...

Definitely not. It creates .png files. I wouldn't have a clue on how to do it with a vid.
