  1. Cool, thanks!
  2. Cool, thanks! Yep, no abuse here. I just want to be able to test settings on my computer before running it on my actual gaming system. Is there anything I need to do to transfer the license?
  3. I really hate to create a whole thread just for one simple question, I can't find an answer by searching. All I need to know is if I need to purchase another license to use GameEx on another machine? I don't mind either way, just curious. Thanks in advance!
  4. WOW, are you serious? I have a HDHomeRun too! This is fantastic news!
  5. Yeah, I do video editing on the side as a hobby, so h264 is definitely the way to go. I'll be sure to post if I whip up anything worthy. The community makes a lot of impressive stuff, I'm not sure I'll be able to compete!
  6. Ok, great! It won't be a long intro, just a simple fad in/out or a write-on effect. I'd much rather work in mpg2 or avi formats, so that's a relief.
  7. Hey U-man, thanks for all the info! I'll play around with the settings tonight. Just curious, can you do animated intros? Does it handle gifs or does it strictly have to be png?
  8. Hey guys, this should be a simple one. I searched, but either I missed the answer or I don't know how to word the question. I want to change the opening GameEx logo and sound, but I'm not sure how to go about that exactly. I know there's an image and sound bite it's calling somewhere within the theme folder, but I'm not sure of the location. Also, I'm not sure what are the parameters of the logo and sound, such as the file container, length, etc. Thanks in advance!
  9. Ok, thanks for all the info. I guess I'll just keep them all in one folder as they are now.
  10. Oh, yeah, that's what I'm trying to avoid. I want in the list a separate folder for all the imports. Is that possible?
  11. Ok, thanks. So will the separate folder show up in the list or will it combine all the ROMs into one list?
  12. Sorry to bandwagon on your post, but I'm interested in this too for when I build my cabinet. I'd like to have the same setup, 4 player layout, but have 2 players be the middle two controllers.
  13. Hey guys, I'd like to make a subfolder within my ROM folder for my imports and I was wondering if that was possible. Thanks in advance!
  14. This is...AWESOME. I'm gonna use the crap outta this program! Thanks!
  15. Yeah, I've had GoodSets for a while now, but I always used them as a pick and choose kind of list. However, once I built my NESPC, they became cumbersome and unwieldy. After learning about No-Intro, I can now see why the majority of the community uses them. As you said, it's much of a playable library instead of an archival library. I learn something new everyday. This place is great!
