    Yes, GameEx is overridering. This is due to the bypass disclaimer setting in GameEx which is on by default in the setup wizard.

    Yes, should be totally safe because it looks where the UltraDMD COM component is registered, but rename and test first if you like. Although if you installed VP (UltraDMD is often included) after or do so later then that will be where it is registered. The latest version should hopefully be included in all VP installs by now.

    Direct answer, is I can see no reason why not. A proper answer is just run both at the same time and see how it goes which kind of answers your question in that it all should be independent of the front end. Of course take an image of your drive first as nobody wants to be responsible for you screwing up your shit!

    Yep. I think I am right that its because it is a .net 2 dll and GameEx is on .net 4 now and that older version that works was just before I switched. Try this one. GameEx.exe.config

    Actually just worked perfectly fine for me Plugin initialized okay with 16.63. I used the ultrastick plugin from the repository. So not sure what is going here. I have not actually got a servostick though.

    it may have been the move to .net framework 4 that broke it. Often takes a year or two to find out around here! I believe there is a fix by editing gameex.exe.config. Hopefully the op will get back to is.

    PinballX already allows custom EXE systems too it is just only in Touch-Play right now. The above will work but I will get a new release with it shortly.

    It seems to look fine from any browser but anti malware software is picking it up. I would advise to avoid the site right now until we get an official response about it. Basically it happens and it sucks when it does and you have to be pretty technically proficient to sort it out sometimes.
