Not sure why you want 3 versions of MAME? Anyway, just setup one. Click MAME settings on the left and set the path to C:\MAME227 then select the mame exe file within there then select the paths to your games. Close the wizard. Launch GameEx and update the list.

The bug I fixed is that sometimes it changed the MAME exe although that does not seem to be the case on your setup. Can you send me the ini please? Then I will investigate further.

I really don't know buddy. I just tested with latest MAMEUI64.exe and its working fine for me. Did you check on that exe?

Sounds like you got left and right set as paging and select to launch or have turned on the option to directly launch. Sounds like you just got it configured wrong to me but Ive never heard of that controller. If not and the controller acts differently to what would be expected your out of luck for now.

Did you delete the log? I cant see now but I suspect you didnt do a proper install and copied files around and are missing files that are now required in later versions of PinballX.
