Also, I apologise if i am introudicing a few bugs. They are easily resolved but i am working on cross platfoerm which uses the same code base. Im wondering if its because I removed the nag screen picture in this last release although i tested without loading screen etc and its fine for me.

Im not getting it with your ini so might be plugins or theme,

your getting the issue too Draco, is that what you said? im not getting it here. Im confused because you said apngs wernt working? What is the file date on gameex.dll or and exe? Should be 8:42 am 19th eastern time What theme?

Figured it out. Working now. Just released a new version.

Updated to latest .net 6 desktop runtime but still the only regularly updated front end tthat supports Windows XP too other than RetroArch.>Removed a little fat from the GameEx executables.Forgot to mention in the previous releaase but the TMDB API is working again and the Movie database within GameEx now supports your online streamed videos. It should build up quite nicely now.If you receive false positives with Windows Defender, I have resolved this with Microsoft and you just need to update to the latest Windows Defender definitions. All looks good to me now. Defender is still doing a cloud scan on a few files but nothing coming back now. thanks for letting me know about this.

Okay, i submitted files to Microsoft and got them cleared. The current install is definitly good now with latest definitions. Im checking if I still have problems with new builds and will keep at it if I need to but you know how it is talking to robots!

Actually its doing if for me right now, as soon as gameex.exe is obsufascated during my build. I think im up to date on definitions. im looking into it,

If something is detected up to date I can submit it to Microsoft.

I had noticed defender doing a few cloud scans on my files recently. Nothing detected though. As you can see once definitions are up to date nothing found

I brought the TV functionality in GameEx up to this decade, removed the legacy stuff and it can now act as an IPTV client, supporting M3U plus, XMLTV, Xsream and VOD. It's very simple to configure and supports up to 20 playlists. With this I also improved the http video streaming. In addition I resolved several minor bugs and resolved a few exceptions that were being swallowed. Enjoy. View the full article
