Something must have gone askew with updating the theme. I reverted it.

I upgraded the theme too earlier. We are on the latest. Thanks for letting me know.

If you want to spend some time I cca hopefully get an update out that works. Im not 100% sure what the issue is but can see it is failing to create the direct3d device. Sure I can figure it out if 14.x worked.

Please provide the whole log. It will be down to your gpu. Probably integrated and pretty old? Like over 15 years?

Editor icons are fixed now but may be cached in browser. APNGs may be broken, pleae point them out.

A plugin would be a good way to tackle that request. It is a valid solution. Of course I realise not everyone has time or skills. The API could do it maybe too.
