The Acorn collection of this set. I will be adding a few extra logo's to this set, eg. Facebook, Twitter and other things I have integrated with GameEx.

Recently updated to 12.79 and misteriously the arcade ambience mp3 sounds stopped playing. After digging around in the setup wizard, everything appeared ok. I decided to take a peek at the gameex.ini located in Gamex/CONFIG/ and it shows the following: AmbienceFile=L:\-DATA-\-MP3-\4 Non Blondes\4 Non Blondes - What's Up.mp3 AmbianceFile=C:\ProgramData\arcade.mp3 Apparently it got overwritten with that and even when I point it to my correct path (a folder) in the setup wizard, it's not overwriting/removing that. Now, the only way I got mine to work again was by removing those 2 lines and leaving the path for "AmbienceFolder" which was correct. Just thought I would share.

No he really is. I mean were very close (our families get along great and hang out a lot) so I get to hear about things before the public does, always get law insight, and I get to ride at high rates of speed in the front seat of a souped up Dodge Charger. If I ever call a cop they seem to get here a lot faster too! A couple weeks ago I stymied their tech department by jailbreaking his iPad just to show how easy it was. Blew their minds and that was fun! I can't lie. There's definitely perks. My wife just got a BS in Criminal Justice so she's persuing a career as a probation officer. I guess were a law family. Lol!

But using Eventghost maybe you can achieve this. Eventghost creates system events based on certain conditions. So, you can create a script that sends the "Save State" command to your emulator, if this emulator is running. Google Eventghost and you will find the software.

Arcade logo's are complete in this set. Only need to finish GameEx main logo's and handheld and these are ready to go. Hope you like the logo's ive attached

Hi, I would like to say a huge thankyou and well done to all the users that have recently been uploading all their work that has appeared on the User Projects area of GameEx. Over the past couple of weeks GameEx users have been busting out great work, whether it be themes, logos, 3rd Party apps, all of this work is exceptional and its nice to see that everyone is getting stuck in and also appreciating other peoples work Im writing this short piece as i feel so proud to be part of an amazing community and hope that all you users continue to show the great talent that you have. Hi Folks ! It's me again ! Last week when I was finishing MetroICS, an Idea for a new theme came in my mind. (Don't worry ! The final version of MetroICS will be out on the weekend!) As you guys noticed, MetroICS doesn't have the IMAGE 2 field. The idea on this theme was to keep things simple as possible. So no custom arts, no custom modules, just the list and snaps. So, after one hour, I have this : I Tried to make a homenage to GameEx, using only the basic GameEx colors (Blue, Orange, White and some black) After a try with this one on TV, the orange color is very strong, so I swaped the color to a more calm one. So, this is the new color. The only thing that I'm going to do is the console and home icons. All the other things will be standard. I have ONLY one problem with this layout. I'm using a overlay to hide the Menu But this doesn't seems to work with my GameEx. The Menu always come over the overlay. Can someone help me with that ? I'm using an old version of GameEx (12.60) I think.

Here are some examples of an orb design I had been toying with that I noted previously, with various rings around them and standalone. As for the specific system logo I am looking for I will shoot you a list. A good quality Action Max, for example, is hard to find in larger formats. Channel F is another common system that the logo is hard to find in a large format that isn't extremely pixelated.

Console Icons Completed, Just need to do PC icons and the GameEx icons like jukebox,multimedia etc... I dont think i will bother doing the emulator icons like mess,mednafen etc because I dont think they are really needed, Or are they? These icons are turning out so clear, Im very happy with my work , Its not just a case of drag and drop system logos because all the images need to be filtered,colored,cleaned etc.. which is very exhausting for me, also Im still doing my other icon set at the same time All this will be uploaded soon. Ive attached a few more.

My revised Start page, it looks good but feels like its missing something? Any Suggestions/Ideas?

Attached are some snaps of emulator pages. Im about halfway through this stage of merging system logos to the background. Theme has been cleaned again for blemishes and white markings on frames have been removed.
