disable 5 star rating popup

is there any way to disable the 5 star game rating box that pops up before a game selection?

That feature is automatically supported by Version 1 and 3 themes. Using the Theme Editor, you may need to "create" a new theme using your current theme as a the basis for this new theme, and select Version 4 then click OK. The caveat to using Version 4 themes, however, is that you lose the nav bar functionality at the top of many of the themes.
