you should try updating the list but try this gamelist.txt. It will help me troubleshoot if it is a particular item or something else.

All I have is up and down. Left and right have been deactivated in GameEx.

I updated the list. I tried your gamelist.txt. Still happening.

it doesnt happen on any particular game.  It happens when I come out of any game or load gameex and always happens on the 17th game in the list. No matter what the game is. But only scrolling up. Never down.

yeah, it was just a little bug. it was disposing all the wheel images because of an error in a loop.
