it doesnt happen on any particular game. It happens when I come out of any game or load gameex and always happens on the 17th game in the list. No matter what the game is. But only scrolling up. Never down.

I updated the list. I tried your gamelist.txt. Still happening. log.txt

All I have is up and down. Left and right have been deactivated in GameEx.

I could see a corrupt image maybe if it was the same image over and over thats not loading or casing a glitch but its always number 17...from any starting point. what is the game name?

If I play any game, it plays just fine. And I can back out of the game. No problem. But if I push up on the stick to select a different game in the scroll wheel.When I get to the seventeenth one, it'll flash...GOT IT!! Just like this!!

So I only have one menu. I'm just loading maim games in AE. Game e x loads in and then you see the main display with all the games on the right hand wheel and all the pictures of the snapshots and the left as the game scroll through.. Sorry about the glare.

Updated to 19.82. Same thing. If I scroll upward on the scroll wheel in AE when it gets to the 17th game listed..no matter how slow I go It will flash white text of the game names. Now if I go downward first and then go up, no error. If I go down only, no error. Its only upwards. Otherwise GameEx runs great in Windows 10. log.txt

What do you mean? This IS a new install. Brand new. downloaded the latest version just a few days ago.

I used whatever the newest install is. I uninstalled my older version deleted everything I didnt need and installed the latest, newest version.

it ran fine save this new hiccup. no problems at all. I had just updated my cpu about 4 months ago and never caught that memory issue. PC boots right into GameEx. I never see the Windows Environment unless I have to. I have many small grandchildren playing on this cabinet. The LAST thing I want to do is give them access to Windows. lol. I works like a more traditional arcade machine with coins and all.

motherboard issue. Configured incorrectly. Corrected now but still having the same issue. log.txt

Good after noon...I just updated to the last version of Game Ex...When I scroll through the game list wheel at the 16 game the logos all dissappear for a second and all I see is white text.. then as long as i dont enter a game it will not do it again. it does not happen going downward on the wheel. If i go into a mame game and play when i come back out it does it all over again. Log is posted log.txt

How old is the version I'm running? 2 years? What would I download and install? I was running AE. Is that downloadable all by itself?

Are you referring to .267? If so its a set that works with GameEx and runs everything i need to or want. It's the same set I've been running for 2 years now. It was just working on GameEx with windows 11 but was lacking a few minor details as I had previous enquired about here in the forums. For some reason, in 2 networks and 3 computers i cannot download anything onto this platform. I continually get error 200
