GameEx Arcade crashing

For the most part GameEx arcade runs great for me and has been for a few years now. About once a week or maybe longer it encounters an error and crashes. Just wondering if somebody could help me out with fixing this. I feel like I might see where it's happening but not sure what to do about it. Thanks for any help.

I tried attaching a text file of the crash log to this post but get Error code -200 So I attached an image of the end of the crash log.

Please zip your gameex.ini and log.txt files together and attach for review as we need the FULL log file. We are working to determine what is causing the "200 error" as it appears to be a client-side (me, you and a few others) issue at this time.

Sorry about that but i can see you are quite a few versions behind. if it is something i need to fix, i need to be sure i have not fixed the issue already. So need you on the latest. Thanks.

I won't know for about a week. It would happen about once a week or every other.

Sorry, i do get that. If it does happen again, please let me know. I can see some video and display issues and i think I have fixed that recently.
