Up-to-date documentation is good! My old (and last) boss used to tell me that documentation was a "stretch goal" and that should be left to the software vendors. Yet when something went bad and I was out of town, he was like "Why wasn't XYZ documented?" to which I replied, "It was, but since you didn't think it important, I made notes for myself and did not publish them to the team."

You and Scutters do great! Don't stop!

I always created documentation and procedures for my team at work. I think it was so good that my entire team's work was outsourced to a third party, and we were all sacked.🫩
