Hey, do you also use DOFlinx? If so, did you load it before starting PinballX?

The DOF plugin for PinballX uses the DOF COM object. If your Teensy board isn't loaded, check your DOF log to see why it's not working. PinballX just passes the commands to DOF, and DOF handles them.

looks like this is the correct log for cabinet.
not sure if this is the log when it failed or not.
I know something about DOF, but I see a lot of errors in the log file, so not sure if that is causing an issue.

try to reach out to Outhere on VPF. I thought he is the DOF expert now a days and maybe can help you.

Is this related to this topic you opened regarding your Teensy board?

The error indicates that the plugin cannot be found.
PinballX is not related to the DOF directory location. It searches for the COM object that is registered when you install DOF or when you run RegisterDirectOutputComObject.exe.
If only the Teensy is not working, the new location may not have the correct Teensy configuration (directoutputconfig30.ini), or your GlobalConfig_PinballX.xml may not correctly refer to a config file in <CabinetConfigFilePattern>, or this file may not have the Teensy board configured.

We have also discussed issues with your MX LEDs in other posts. Everything was working until something was done that disrupted your system.

Please refer to the following post (and the complete thread) to understand how everything is working:

@loonytu I merged the "Teensy" threads into one. This is the second time I have had to merge repeat threads and/or move to the correct subforum.

This causes fragmentation of the assistance and extra work ftom myself and those trying to help you.

Please be mindful going forward. Thank you.
