I'm a bit confused.
I don't understand what your issue is now to be honest.

You say all your videos are working within PBX, and all is working when launching VPX tables.
In your screenshot above, I see your DMD loaded from a PinballX launched  table.

and what do you mean with ROM DMD and B2S DMD ?

I'm a bit confused too, but i think it's the PinballX DMD video freezing after game launch.

Just a quick thing to try for that would to turn off exclusive fullscreen in vpx settings and see if that changes anything as a test.

That's assuming you run VPX in fullscreen exclusive of course..
