[RESOLVED] Can't connect to FTP - Supporting Member

Hi everbody,

I bought "1 Year GameEx Pass" on February this Year.
Within the last few days I tried to connect to FTP via FileZilla with my data, like everytime in the past.
But FileZilla is telling me:

Status:    Anmeldedaten enthalten nicht-ASCII-konforme Zeichen und der Server unterstützt möglicherweise kein UTF-8. Versuche lokalen Zeichensatz.
Befehl:    USER ThePinFun
Antwort:    331 Password required
Befehl:    PASS ***********
Antwort:    530 User cannot log in.
Fehler:    Kritischer Fehler: Herstellen der Verbindung zum Server fehlgeschlagen

The PinballX Database Manager isn't working anymore, too.

What I am doing wrong?
The last time (about 1 month ago) it was working properly!
I tried with Port 21, 22 or without a Port.
I appreciate any help.
