[RESOLVED] GameEx Arcade download contains 2 files ?

I'm mostly into pinball, but because I saw Tom's News bulletin '[NEWS] X Arcade GameEx Arcade build'. I wanted to give my arcade cabinet a try again.

Just wanted to download GameEx Arcade, but the download section contains  2 files.
1 with an exe of 9 sept and the other from the 5th of July

Should 1 be deleted ?
