[RESOLVED] FTP not authentication correct?

I see the FTP server is up and running, but logging in to it (with user ID or email address give me a 530 (userID and PW incorrect)

 

I'm 100% sure that this userID and PW are correct (as I use the same credentials for logging into this site)

Is this caused by the theme changed this week , or something else going on with my account ?

Sorry, didnt see the post Tom -shame-

I tested with my email as well before creating this post, and didnt work. But must be a typo. Will re check it.

Just confirmed (without typos), that I can logon with my email address !
