Looks like you can do a good bit of customization with these.  I think the smaller one can be grouped (up to 4), but I haven't been able to confirm this in my limited researching so far.

I am partial to the Max with the 32x32 layout. I am hoping to get back into working on the Pixelcade DMD. Of course it is primarily used for the arcade setup that I've been neglecting due to work on other projects around the house. I recently got a smoke acrylic cover for it to cut downvon the brightness. Next will be adding a wood frame for stability and housing the power switch.
